New layout, wooooo.
Nothing fancy. I sort of went with whatever flowed through my mind at that moment, the colours and font. Because I hadn’t made a layout is SUCH a long time, when it got to coding and uploading I ACTUALLY forgot what, and how to do it! I had to skim through a few tutorials to get me warmed up for the long coding process that is STILL ahead of me.

I know there are some muddled pages but I’m planning on cleaning out MOST tutorials and useless resources, pages, etc. Bare with me here :P

This layout was inspired by my WONDERFUL affie SteveN (novajowhite.com)! Although it doesn’t look like his website layout at all, it still inspired me in a way :P

PEACE OUT HOMIESSSSSSSSS.

NOTE: Replying to comments shortly, new layout this weekend, and more blogs REGULARLY being posted so tune in!

Not so long ago, AGES ago I said I was going to blog about mean site owners. I don’t want to seem like a bitch so I’m not going to name the website that is urking me a lot. Although people say you can’t judge a person from their website, I could tell from this persons rules, blogs and everything else on their site, that they weren’t the friendly banana in the fruit bowl. They were the shallow floaties that sunk in the swimming pool.

Of course when websites start off, they don’t have many visitors or hits but that slowly changed for this website. They are super duper popular now and they use that as an advantage. This is the way I see they built their site. They made all their resources, layouts and everything and worked hard until they became popular. And once that fame came to their name, they stopped giving a damn. They think because they have many resources, hits and visitors that theres no need to work hard or please their visitors. They just let their site sit in the corner whilst every other site on the web if striving to get to the top.

They rely on their blogs to make up for the fact that they haven’t updated in months. I’ve visited this site often and theres been times when it hasn’t been updated for LONGER that 3 months. Apparently it’s possible to be ‘busy’ for 3 months straight, but what I don’t get is, they blog more than 600 words on their blogs and then rave on about how their ‘busy’?. They also get loving comments from visitors, even affiliates but they NEVER reply. Theres no excuses for that considering the fact she gets on average 30 comments, whilst Georgina -(heartdrops.org), gets 60+ comments and she STILL replies. And thats not about ‘having time’, it’s about actuallying giving a damn about your visitors. Go Georgina woopwoop :)

Speakign of affiliates, have you read their rules!? (doubt it coz i didnt tell you what site it was haha). Their rules are insane! You have to be the most perfectest, perfect affiliate to become affiliate. And to all those people bummed out because they won’t accept you, don’t worry its NOT worth it. They don’t give a DAMN about you, it’s just one way to get your name, linked on their sidebar—thats all. You have to have 1000+ UNIQUE visitors PER DAY. I don’t think even their site gets THAT much visitors per day! It’s a bit selfish, he/she is only looking for websites that will bring them back more visitors. Like saruna.net—here are a few of their crazy affiliate rules:

  1. Your site must get decent amount of viewers, around 1,200+ daily. If you do not get around 1,200 unique visitors each day, do not apply.
  2. In order to be a top affiliate, you must be one of the top people to send in hits to this site. They will be displayed in order according to the incoming hits.
  3. If you do not get a reply within a week, it’s a No, sorry.

1200 VISITORS PER DAY?!—no comment…
To be a top affiliate you need to send hits? WDF?! I thought affilaites was another way of making friends, sharing blogs and talking to eachother. I guess it has another meaning—getting eachothers hits. It URKS ME SO MUCH when people don’t reply if your not accepted! That’s just rude! They should ATLEAST have the decency to say no (POLITELY) in an email.

All in all the MAIN website of this blog wasn;t Saruna.net—Saruna was just used as an example for bad affiliate rules. As for the other site, figure it out for yourself ;)

In case you didn’t know…
I actually REALLY appreciate ALL comments I get. I knwo you probably think I’m just saying this to be polite, but I really do enjoy reading them and replying. I never mind having to reply, and I want everyone to know that I actually appreciate all your kindness, and friendlyness that you bring to my website
:D

Shout out to my favourite and friendliest affiliates EVERRRRRRRRR.
GEORGINA!!
STEVEN!!

Word of the week: CHORTLE. (to laugh, giggle or LOL)
Questions:
1. Have you come across any bad owners?
2. What website do you think I’m talking about?

My beloved and young cat was put down on saturday.
I wrote blog about it on saturday but it doesn’t seem to have shown up.

He was only a year old. He had crystals and we had 2 choices:

  • Give him the treatment which costs $1500
  • Put him down

We put him down because the treatment was too expensive and it was highly likely that the infection would come back again more than once which would mean more treatment, more money. We decided to put him at peace and not let him suffer. He left behind his little sister whom has been scaling the house looking for him, meowing for him, needing and wanting him. I’m glad he is in a better place, he does not need to life in pain anymore. I know alot of people will say “get ova it it was just a fricken cat!”. He wasn’t JUST a cat. He was a FAMILY member and I loved him. He was only a year old. It’s weird though, I would never in a million years think “tomorrow I won’t see him again” or think that there’s only one week left of his life. And just the day before he died, my friend asked me how many cats do you have and I said two. And it’s strange how everything can change within 24 hours. I never knew what it meant when people said “it hasnt sunken into me that theyre gone” but now I do. On saturday I still expected my cat to greet me when I got home, to be asleep on my bed, to eat out of his food bowl, despite the fact I KNEW he was gone :(

I do hope he is in a better, safer and happier place.

REST IN PEACE MIO
